Lee Injury Doesn't Change Phillies' Stance On Hamels

Mar 11, 2015 4:43 PM

Cliff Lee's elbow injury won't change how the Philadelphia Phillies handle a possible trade of Cole Hamels, according to Ruben Amaro, Jr.

"No reason to change it," Amaro said. "I don't know what our 'stance' on Cole is. Others have 'stances,' I guess, for us. I guess other people must think we have a 'stance.' Our 'stance' is that we’re open-minded. And that hasn't changed one bit."
